I have questions regarding the order i placed on the Remo site, who do i contact for help?
The Remo Store is supported by Shopatron-a cloud-based software that allows customers to place an order from the Remo website, and will find the closest retailer to the customer to fulfill the order. This service is currently only available in the US.
