The Remo Store is supported by Shopatron that is a cloud-based software allows customers to place an order from the Remo website and find the closest retailer to that customer to fulfill the order. This service is currently only available in the US. The retailer who shipped your order will be listed on the packing slip so if you have any questions regarding the product you have access to expert customer service from a store that carried that product.
