Marching 'Kevlar' Heads for Drumset Use

Can I use Kevlar or Max series marching-style heads on drum-set style snare or toms?

It is not recommended to use marching-style drumheads on standard snare or toms for drumset. Marching snare drums are equipped with a reinforcement ring on the inner-wall of the shell to accept very high tension for a crisp/high-pitch sound.
Kevlar and Max-series drumheads allow for very high-tension (Kevlar snare-side can reach 8700 lbs and Max-series can reach up to 29000 lbs) and can potentially put a standard shell out of round if enough pressure is applied.
